How it works

1. The company issues a signed APK to the customer.
2. The device activates once; the license binds to that phone.
3. Area credit is deducted from the server ledger.
4. The customer selects an authorized polygon.
5. The server produces only that clip as habitat-package-v3.
6. The phone downloads the package and uses it offline in the forest.
7. If TRUFON is present, it records separate field evidence.

Suitability ≠ probability. The national V117 master never downloads to the client.
